Temperature fuse installation skills:
1. When the lead wire is used for bending, it must be bent by a part more than 6 mm away from the root; when bending, the root and lead wire must not be damaged, and the lead wire must not be forcibly pulled, pressed or twisted.
2. When the thermal fuse is fixed by screws, riveting or terminal, it is necessary to prevent the occurrence of mechanical creep and poor contact.
3. The connecting parts must be able to operate reliably within the working range of electrical products, and will not cause displacement due to vibration or impact.
4. During the lead welding operation, the heating humidity should be limited to the minimum. Note that high temperature should not be applied to the thermal fuse; the thermal fuse and lead should not be forcibly pulled, pressed or twisted; after the welding is completed, immediately cool down 30 More than seconds.
5. The thermal fuse can only be used under the specified rated voltage, current and specified temperature. Pay special attention to the maximum continuous temperature the thermal fuse can withstand.
Tips for using thermal fuse:
1. The rated power and voltage, fusing temperature, operating temperature, and maximum temperature of the installed thermal fuse must match the parameters specified in the circuit.
2. When selecting the fuse installation location, be careful not to let the stress be transferred to the fuse due to the vibration in the finished product and the displacement of other accessories.
3. It must be installed in a place where the temperature will not rise above the maximum operating temperature after the thermal fuse is blown.
4. It cannot be used in a machine with liquid or humidity maintained above 95%.
5. The temperature fuse should be installed in a place where only the heat source of the temperature fuse can be sensed. When the structure cannot be avoided, the thermal barrier should be set. For example, when installing the heater, be careful not to connect it directly to prevent the hot wire from heating to the thermal fuse.
6. In order to increase the current flow of the thermal fuse, if it is connected in parallel or continues to pass overcurrent and overvoltage, the internal contact of the thermal fuse will be damaged, which will affect its normal operation, so it cannot be applied under the conditions mentioned above.
